At Danyah Banaras, we strive to deliver your Banarasi pre-draped sarees safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Locations

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which must be borne by the customer.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Customized sarees may require additional processing time, which will be informed at the time of order.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders (India): Estimated delivery within [5–10 business days] after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within [10–21 business days], depending on location and courier services.

  • Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events.


4. Shipping Charges

6. Delivery Policy

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address, contact number, and pin code are accurate.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier.


7. Delays & Exceptions

  • Danyah Banaras is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

  • However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving shipping issues wherever possible.
